Extreme Makeover host Ty Pennington was arrested early Saturday morning for DUI. The 42-year-old handyman was booked at an LA county jail on a misdemeanor and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail. "I made an error in judgment," Pennington said in a statement. Laguna Beach star Jessica Smith spent almost three full days in the slammer after her arrest on Monday for suspicion of DUI and causing "great bodily injury" in a crash on the Santa Ana Freeway. Smith has just been released from an Orange County jail after being charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI. Sources say that despite the Laguna Beach alum's bail being reduced from $100,000 to $5,000 because she wasn't charged with a felony, Smith couldn't come up with the funds until today. Kill Bill actress Vivica A. Fox was arrested under suspicion of DUI on Tuesday night. California Highway Patrol noticed the actress's Cadillac speeding on an LA freeway around 11 pm that night. "Fox exhibited signs of alcoholic intoxication," a highway patrol spokesperson said. "A field sobriety test was administered and she scored over 0.08." Fox was detained in jail and released early Wednesday morning.

Rip Torn was arrested in North Salem, New York and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).
We're told Torn, who is 75-years-old, refused to cooperate with the cops and would not submit to a blood-alcohol test.
Torn, who has starred in numerous movies including "Men in Black" and "Dodgeball," was arrested after his car was involved in an accident and police were called. At the time of publication, Torn was still in police custody.
