Jason Wahler was arrested over the weekend -- for the fourth time in nine months!
Wahler was picked up by the Seattle Police Department just after 2:00 AM for criminal trespassing and assault. Police sources tell TMZ that Jason was booked into a King County jail early Sunday morning and was released on bail nine hours later.

Laguna Beach star Jessica Smith spent almost three full days in the slammer after her arrest on Monday for suspicion of DUI and causing "great bodily injury" in a crash on the Santa Ana Freeway. Smith has just been released from an Orange County jail after being charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI. Jessica Smith, a former star of the MTV reality television show "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County," was arrested on suspicion of felony driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after a crash on the northbound San Diego (I-5) Freeway on Monday. Laguna Beach alum Jason Wahler was sentenced to two months in jail today for assault. Last September, Wahler was in a car with friends when they were blocked by a tow-truck, and Wahler got out and punched one of the truck drivers as well as a city employee - both of whom are African-American. Wahler is also charged with spouting racial slurs during the incident. The reality show star pleaded no contest and was ordered to attend a one-day program at the Museum of Tolerance along with his jail time.

former "Laguna Beach" star Jason Wahler was arrested and booked this weekend after cops say he "resisted a public officer" during a raid on underage drinkers in North Carolina.
According to police sources, the 20-year-old lied about his age when he was approached inside Rumors nightclub by members of the Alcohol Law Enforcement Division. Wahler claimed he wasn't carrying any ID that night, but insisted that police could "check TMZ.com" to verify his identity!

For the second time this month, "Laguna Beach" star Jason Wahler has been arrested. The LAPD arrested Wahler on Friday at 5:30PM for misdemeanor battery and set his bail at $20,000. According to LAPD documents, he was released Saturday afternoon.
