Ty Pennington busted for DUI
Extreme Makeover host Ty Pennington was arrested early Saturday morning for DUI. The 42-year-old handyman was booked at an LA county jail on a misdemeanor and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail. "I made an error in judgment," Pennington said in a statement. "We all make mistakes; however, this is about accountability. Under no circumstances should anyone consume alcohol while driving.
