California Highway Patrol noticed the actress's Cadillac speeding on an LA freeway around 11 pm that night. "Fox exhibited signs of alcoholic intoxication," a highway patrol spokesperson said. "A field sobriety test was administered and she scored over 0.08." Fox was detained in jail and released early Wednesday morning.
